William Morne Mouers

William has been singing since the tender age of 8 years old. He was first exposed to music when he sang musical arrangements with his two brothers at church and family functions. His journey with choral music began when he joined the University of Namibia choir in 2006. William graduated with an Honours degree in Clinical Psychology & Performing Arts. After his graduation he joined the Maranatha Singers under the tenure of Mrs. Evy George. He was part of this choir for close to 7 years, where they travelled through Europe and North Africa.

“I am a founding member of Collective and I am part of the Soprano line. I have big dreams and aspirations for the group.” – William Mouers

Another highlight of his musical career includes his time as professional singer for the “Exhibit B” series for the theater company: Third World Bunfight, by director Brett Bailey. He was part of this production for 3 years and travelled extensively across the globe, including: Scotland, Russia, France, Germany, Chile, Netherlands and England to name a few. William currently works as a Learning & Development Facilitator at Old Mutual Namibia.
